Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The East Wind team were awesome to work with from the start! We toured the venue with Joe with absolutely zero pressure to sign. At the time, we had our eyes set on a more warm/intimate setting, but decided to visit East Wind a 2nd time (the veranda room stayed on our minds!) As soon as we walked into the lobby of the hotel, we knew this was the direction we wanted to go!
The Veranda Room is recently renovated with gorgeous flowers draping from the ceiling above the dance floor, custom lighting, and a beautiful marble dance floor and bar. We signed with Joe, toasted with champagne and worked seamlessly with him up until our wedding day.
The food was incredible!!! Our guests could not stop raving about the endless options at cocktail hour and then the perfect entrees served during reception. After the entrees, guests were blown away by the serving team offering seconds of any entree of their choosing (this was a memorable moment for our foodie friends!) We stuck with the standard petite desserts offered in the package, and it was more than enough and once again - memorable as the servers walked trays and trays of desserts around.
We were nervous about the set up of our decor, since we didn’t come prepared with photos or directions - we handed a somewhat messy box of items, briefly described our vision, and the team executed beyond our dreams.
Tony was our maitre d and he was incredible!! So kind, calm, and helpful. Every time I thought I had a silly question, he made me feel super relaxed and assured all would work out - and it did!
Lexi was my bridal attendant and was bursting with joy and upbeat positive energy. Everything and anything I needed (or didn’t even think of needing) was available to me right away. I hardly had to finish a sentence when Lex was already proactively anticipating my needs. She captured HUNDREDS of photos on my cell phone with a smile on her face. What a gem!! East Wind is truly lucky to have Tony and Lexi on their team!

From the moment we came to visit and check the place out, Joe Ericco treated us as though we were family! Such a great guy who really cares about his job and making your event perfect and IT SHOWS! Such a pleasure to work with when leading up to the day. Our Maitre d' Reid was the best!! He was so kind, paid attention to all the details we wanted for our day and our rooms with all the set up. Reid was so accommodating and on top of everything, we didn't need to worry about a thing. Last but not least my Bridal attendant Lex was one of my favorite parts of having my wedding at East Wind. She went above and beyondddd to help me from the moment I got there. She constantly checked on us throughout the entire night, helped me get down the aisle and even when the wedding was over and the guests were gone, she was still checking on me and getting me water. Lex is the best!!!! I would absolutely recommend East wind for any event especially your special wedding day. 11/10!

The room was clean, well maintained, elegant and comfortable. The wedding venue was outstanding! Food was delicious and plentiful, special shout out to our server, Lex ☺️

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Katora’s energy/vibe and skill set is nothing like I’ve ever experienced. I’ve Waitressed for years so I’ve had a few hundred massages she leads with intuition I don’t know how to explain it. She’s done her work before you or your muscles have a chance to make a decision. Will come back solely for her.

The rooms were wonderful but even more so the party! We had service all night from Lex and Alyssa as well as bar service from Rick and they were consistently just on top of everything, friendly, fun, and accommodating. I can’t believe how great the food and service was ALL NIGHT. Thank you so much!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I planned a last minute bachelorette trip for the Spa-Tini overnight package for a group of 5 girls. Luisa (Hotel Mngr) and Ann Marie (Spa Director) were so accommodating trying to make sure they were able to squeeze us in over the holiday weekend and their extra effort was so appreciated. Every staff member we interacted with was so nice and helpful, the rooms were spacious and very clean and the food and cocktails at Desmond’s and Ruggero’s were delicious! We already can’t wait to come back.
