Spa Policies & Etiquette
Arriving For Service
Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your service, to take advantage of our sauna, steam room and relaxation lounge and to ensure we start on time. Arriving late will result in a shortened length of the treatment, with the full price of the service charged, so as not to inconvenience other guests.
For Your Comfort
We gladly provide you with luxurious robes and slippers during your stay with us. We suggest you dress down to your comfort level for service, our therapists are trained to ensure your privacy at all times. Lockers have been provided for your convenience, East Wind is not responsible for personal items. As a courtesy to other guests, please turn all cell phones off while in The Spa.
Minors must be accompanied by a guardian and have a signed waiver.
A la carte services do not include gratuities. A 20% gratuity is recommended for exceptional service. All Day & Overnight Escapes are inclusive of Gratuities.
Great Gift Idea
Are sold in monetary amounts. Available online, by phone or stop into the spa to purchase. They can be used toward Spa & Salon services and retail purchases. Gift cards are transferable but non-refundable. Gift Cards cannot be used towards gratuities.
Product Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns on most merchandise purchased from the spa within 30 days of purchase and with a valid receipt except as follows: we cannot accept any items that have been opened. Due to sanitary reasons we cannot accept Make-Up or Hair Extensions for return or exchange. All refunds are for SPA CREDIT ONLY. No Cash Refunds.
We require 48 hours advance notice for all cancellations. If less than 48 hours, a 50% charge of service will be billed to your credit card. If less than 24 hours, a 100% charge of services will be billed to your credit card. Canceling overnight spa packages will incur The Inn’s room cancellation policy as well.
