Gingerbread University is back at The Shoppes at East Wind in Wading River (next to the Carousel!) with Long Island’s Only Old World Gingerbread Factory and Decorating Center for the holiday season. NOW THAT THE HOLIDAY’S DONE You can decorate cookies and schedule cookies decorating parties.
